ZUMBA® is the new and exciting fitness class sweeping across the country! It combines a high-energy cardiovascular workout with pulsating Latin music into a fun, calorie burning experience. It incorporates many dance styles including merengue, salsa, mambo, cumbia, reggaeton, belly dancing and more. The best part about ZUMBA though is that no experience is necessary to join in the fun. BELIEVE ME, if I can do it, anyone can! People of all ages, fitness levels, and dancing abilities can have a blast while getting a good workout at their own level.

ZUMBA® Toning takes the original ZUMBA® dance-fitness class to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbells. Created to empahasize musclework along with rhythms, this combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises is an effective use of progressive light weight training to improve overall performance. AND, it's FUN!!!!

I offer ZUMBA® toning once/wk (on WEDNESDAYS) at Building Blocks in Waldwick at 9:30am. Open to the public: $12 drop in  Weights provided
