I'm a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer who LOVES  ZUMBA® fitness!

I began teaching Zumba® fitness classes in Oklahoma in 2006. In Jan. 2007, I moved to NJ with my husband and 3 sons where I was happy to help pave the way for the Zumba® fitness movement! I orginally introduced Zumba® classes to Odyssey Athletic Center, the Wyckoff YMCA, and New York Sports Clubs.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy (BYU '95) and I am also an AFAA certified group instructor & I'm pleased to announce I'm celebrating my 40th birthday this year!

In addition to ZUMBA® classes, I currently teach yoga, pilates, and pilates reformer...but ZUMBA® is definitely the most fun I've ever had while working out. The hour just FLIES by!

I promise you don't need to know how to dance to try Zumba®. Anyone can do it! Besides, it's WAY more fun than an hour on the treadmill!

Meet STACIE DeSENA!

Stacie is my assistant and does all the hard work. She will be there to greet you with a smile at each class and will help you get all signed in at your first class. Need a punch-card? Just ask Stacie!

Stacie is also a Zumba® instructor; she subs for me occasionally and teaches her own Zumba® classes in Franklin Lakes and Zumbatomic® classes in Waldwick.
