I'm a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer who LOVES to ZUMBA®!

I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy and I am also an AFAA certified group instructor.

I enjoy teaching many class formats and currently teach yoga, pilates, and pilates reformer in addition to ZUMBA® classes...but ZUMBA® is definitely the most fun I've ever had while working out. The hour just FLIES by!

I promise I don't have any dance background so if I can do it, anyone can! Either way, it's WAY more fun than an hour on the treadmill!
